Worst service I have ever received. Worst communication. DO NOT visit this garage for any sort of repair. My car went in July 2020 and repairs are still pending! No communication. Little empathy for my situation and would rather not have my custom. Have to give one star because it won't allow me to give 0. Editing in response to the comment below: There is no justification for a repair taking over 6 months and still pending. For treating customers without any respect or empathy for their situation. For the consistent lack of communication when the concern has been raised multiple times. For the repeat questions about the repair and your staff not know what they are doing months into the repair. Just a very small insight into my repair; the SATNAV was broken and highlighted in July 2020. I went to collect my car on two occasions and I was told it had been fixed. I drove the car home the second time and it was still not fixed - therefore a lie was told to get me and my car out of the garage. As key NHS worker I need my SATNAV as I regularly travel for work. This garage has been no help amidst a global pandemic - don't understand why they stayed open. The fact that I have to highlight which YEAR my car went in to this garage to get fixed says it all. Again; if anyone is looking to use this garage, please value your sanity, your respect as a customer, your money and go elsewhere.

I booked an appointment to buy a car but when I reached there to my disappointment I was told in very unapologetic way that I will have to wait for another hour before someone will get free to deal with me. I dot so annoyed that I rang Pentagon Derby who not only accommodated me on the same date but I also finalized the deal on the same day Thank you for your response, I was given the same excuse that day as well but whats the point of booking an appointment if you can't keep it or even if you could not keep it should have informed me. I Could have replied to you by email, but I wanted to keep it public
